Job summary

A community service organization in Caledon is seeking an Administrative Service Representative for Housing Services. Qualifications

  • At least one year administrative or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of multiple computer applications.
  • Satisfactory Level 1 Criminal Record Check required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support services to the Housing Client Services Unit.
  • Process mail and conduct third-party checks.
  • Coordinate referrals to internal and external partners.
  • Prepare monthly reports and maintain databases.
