Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Dext.
• Excellent knowledge of payroll and tax principles (GST/QST).
• Demonstrated accuracy with financial data.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data: sales, purchases, expenses.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare client invoicing and follow up on payments.
• Reconcile corporate credit cards.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll.
• Monitor accounts payable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Support month-end closing and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance team for data accuracy.
