Job summary

A growing therapy services provider in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a passionate Behavior Therapy Assistant to support children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The successful candidate will design treatment plans, work collaboratively with clinicians, and provide virtual services to remote communities. Applicants should have a diploma in Behavioral Science and experience in ABA principles. Flexible hours required, including days, evenings, and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with children and youth with autism using ABA principles.
• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Understanding of the Ontario Autism Program and its funding options.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral support plans.
• Provide virtual services to clients in remote Indigenous communities.
• Maintain accurate digital client files and engage stakeholders.
