Job summary

Guru Studio is hiring a 2D Line Producer for an action-comedy wrestling shorts series for kids aged 8-11. You will oversee the 2D animation pipeline, manage budgets and schedules, and act as the main liaison between the studio and clients while guiding a diverse team of artists and staff.

This hybrid role allows remote work while maintaining an in-person studio presence for collaboration, with contract duration noted as fixed term and compensation depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with complex budgets/schedules.
• Experience with 2D pipelines and workflow.
• Experience producing indie feature production.
• Excellent communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and production to meet schedule and budget.
• Serve as primary liaison between studio and client for clear communication.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of artists, writers, and staff.
• Manage all project activities to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery and high quality.
• Recruit talents with P&C to suit production needs without delaying schedule.
• Negotiate contracts with staff, artists and outside vendors.
