Job summary

HRS Talent Solutions in Calgary, Alberta seeks an HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or mixed-site environments. The successful candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to troubleshoot and provide professional service, independently or with a team.

The role offers part-time or full-time hours with a pay rate of $34.00 to $42.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Install, service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
Diagnose system issues and complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance testing.
Work with heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration components as required.
Read work orders, service notes, and technical information carefully.
Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures.
Communicate clearly with customers, site contacts, or internal team members.
Maintain accurate service records, notes, and job-related documentation.
Identify worn or faulty components and recommend appropriate next steps.
Support clean, organized, and professional job site practices.
