We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and fully ticketed HVAC Technician to oversee and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems across a portfolio of high-end properties. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll also have the chance to train and mentor junior staff or an apprentice.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform HVAC installations, repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics across multiple properties
  • Train maintenance team members and guide apprentices
  • Support other building maintenance tasks as needed
  • Travel between sites in the Vancouver area (company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursed)
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation and occasional weekend shifts
  • Ensure a high standard of appearance and professionalism at all times
What You Bring
  • Red Seal HVAC Journeyman certification
  • Class B Gasfitter license
  • Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license
  • Experience with DDC systems
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting up to 100 lbs, working in hot / cold areas, confined spaces)
  • A collaborative attitude and commitment to excellent service
Nice to Have
  • Previous hospitality or building systems experience
  • Experience mentoring apprentices or junior techs
  • Second language an asset
