Qualifications

• Has post-secondary education.
• Is bilingual (English and French).
• Has strong HVAC technical knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication skills and teaching ability.
• Builds strong relationships with customers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to HVAC contractors and sales team.
• Assist with equipment selection, installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Liaise between manufacturers and customers on technical matters.
• Develop product presentations and training resources.
• Support warranty and technical issue resolution with manufacturers.
