Job Responsibilities
- Provide design and technical assistance to contractors, consulting engineers, architects, and owners to promote and sell Engineered Air products.
- Monitor and coordinate all activities towards orders, such as take-off, pricing, bidding, and follow-up of projects within the sales territory.
- Provide design assistance and application engineering for HVAC systems tailored to project requirements.
- Conducting inside and outside sales. Selling of the entire Engineered Air product line with terms of sale and promoting it.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling.
- Prepare and manage project proposals, pricing, and bids.
- Coordinate project execution: shop drawings, scheduling, and after-sales support.
- Respond to customer requests by staying current with knowledge of new products and services, which creates enthusiasm for our entire product range.
- Receive updated information regarding project performance, execution, and past production data.
- Stay current on HVAC technologies and energy-efficient solutions to advise clients effectively.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of professional HVAC sales experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a related industry with a Mechanical or Electrical background, including HVAC/Engineering/Construction/Controls/Service/Sales/Design.
- Strategic and self-motivated individuals with exceptional organizational skills.
- Knowledge of networking, Microsoft Server, and Microsoft desktop operating systems, visualization, scripting, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and applications.
- Customer relationship management.
- Deadline-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to own and operate a vehicle.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory.
