Qualifications

• 4+ years of field experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems for tracking.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Certifications (EPA 608, NATE or Red Seal) are a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Providing remote support for customers, clients, and technicians.
