Qualifications

• Proven residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to diagnose HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
• Professional attitude and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems.
• Perform service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and gas-related issues.
• Identify equipment failures and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solution.
• Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Test and verify equipment operation following repairs.
• Explain problems, repair options, and completed work to homeowners.
• Complete service documentation and job reports accurately.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
• Follow applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company safety procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• 313D Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic
• G2 Gas Technician certification
• Proven residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to diagnose HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in residential customer homes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional attitude and appearance

Preferred / Asset

• Residential heat pump service experience
• Experience with inverter-driven and modern HVAC equipment
• Additional HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical qualifications
