Job summary

AirVantage Heating & Cooling in Abbotsford, BC, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team and deliver premium service in residential settings.

You will perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units, while conducting routine maintenance to maximize efficiency. You will communicate options to customers and work with a team committed to 5-star service and brand pride.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an HVAC technician.
• Class B Gas Fitter Certification is required.
• Valid BC Drivers License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on furnaces, AC, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as filter changes, system calibrations, and performance checks to maximize efficiency.
• Repair or replace components like compressors, fans, thermostats, and wiring.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining options and recommendations.
• Work on a team of highly skilled home service professionals and deliver 5-star service.
• Represent the AirVantage brand with professionalism in every home and interaction.
