Job summary

Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. in Brampton, ON, is seeking a licensed Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic. The role involves on-site work with on-call shifts, maintaining industrial, commercial and institutional systems.

A strong focus on safety, communication, and problem-solving is essential for continued service excellence. Base pay varies with GT level and experience; the compensation package totals CAD 157,000–167,000 per year, including benefits, RRSP matching, and annual vacation

Qualifications

• Licensing: 313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic licence required.
• GT2 Gas Technician license required; GT1 preferred; ODP certification.
• Experience in Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) environments.
• Experience with chillers is an asset.
• On-site, on-call shifts; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on-call shifts as required.
• Maintain safe and compliant operation of refrigeration and gas systems.

Requirements

• 313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic licence required
• GT2 Gas Technician license required, (GT1 preferred) and ODP certification
• Service experience in Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) environments
• Experience with chillers considered an asset
• Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training considered an asset
• Valid Ontario Driver's licence and insurable on our fleet policy
• Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check
• Ability to work on-call shifts is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mechanical and electrical skills; Computer aptitude
