Qualifications

• Valid Trades Qualification or Interprovincial Trades Ticket in HVAC.
• 2 years trades experience plus up to 4 years in building trades.
• Experience with building automation systems and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and emergency maintenance on HVAC and related systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems, including BAS.
• Conduct preventative maintenance as per the PM Plan requirements.
