In this entry-level position, you spend your days meeting new people, developing new relationships, and closing new deals. You take the time to thoroughly learn about our products and services so that you can recommend the appropriate solutions for every client's heating and cooling needs. To properly evaluate our clients' needs, you attend in-person meetings and site checks before developing a proposal.
After the proposal's drawn up, you do what you can to promote our company and encourage the client to close the deal. We know that everyone has different needs, which is why we offer flexible scheduling. HVAC-related sales experience would be preferred but isn't required. You also need to be willing to work a flexible schedule, with some on-call Saturday shifts required.
