HVAC Journeyperson Aftercare Technician

The ideal candidate will join our established aftercare team, which includes highly skilled and knowledgeable plumbers and HVAC technicians. You will collaborate closely with other dedicated team members to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful completion of projects.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The hourly base rate is $57.12, as determined by UA Local 516 BCA/Rate Sheet.
  • Benefits are provided through the union, as outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Candidates with advanced experience or a Gas B ticket may be eligible for a dual ticket, Foreperson or General Foreperson rate, based on their qualifications and expertise.
  • Personal protective equipment and swag are provided.

  • Red Seal Certification HVAC
  • Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural, with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines
  • Experience with VRF and Chillers
  • Proficient in take-off/site design and material management
  • Understanding of sub-trades' scope/scheduling/interference
  • Ability to manage, mentor and supervise 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year apprentices
