Qualifications

• 5 years in technical field service work.
• Candidate must have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
• Willingness to travel (80%).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complex technical field assignments involving high voltage equipment.
• Manage field service projects providing direction and analysis.
• Identify and resolve electrical or mechanical issues independently.

Skills

Strong mechanical and electrical skills

Proficient in electrical testing and circuit breaker maintenance

Experience with high voltage equipment up to 800kV

Proficient in MS Office and test equipment software

Leadership skills in coordinating electrical projects

Education

Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering

Trade education in Industrial Mechanic and Electrical fields
