A government agency in Toronto is looking for a Human Rights Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support within the Human Rights team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of administrative experience, especially in Human Resources or Compliance. This role requires strong organizational and data analysis skills, and a commitment to equity and diversity in the workplace.
The Human Rights Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Rights and Business Ethics team, ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and managing key processes.
This role supports the function meeting compliance and internal control standards by ensuring the effective and efficient execution of processes, maintenance and organization of documents as well as timely communication across the team’s activities. It supports the team in the administration and delivery of various programs and policies.
