Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role in Human Resources, Legal or Compliance.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as the Ontario Human Rights Code, Employment Equity Act, Public Service of Ontario Act.
Responsibilities
- Provide coordination and administration for various programs and processes delivered by the human rights team.
- Support the development and administration of statements of work and contracts.
- Assist with data collection and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Skills
Strong command of MS Office and data analytics in Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experience managing virtual and in-person event logistics
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
