Job summary

A global shipping company is seeking an HR professional to manage compensation and benefits functions, support HR initiatives, and assist in budgeting. The ideal candidate has a university degree in HR, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and is proficient in English and Chinese.   • Assist in annual C&B exercises and budgeting.

University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Job description
  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B function including payroll, benefits and retirement scheme administration, taxation
  • Support and execute HR initiatives and projects, including employee engagement programs, employer branding project, etc.
  • Assist in annual C&B exercise including annual salary review, bonus payment, and insurance renewal
  • Assist in annual budgeting and monthly staff cost control
  • Maintain employee data in both Global and Local HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Prepare various analysis and reports for management review
  • Plan and organize employee wellness activities for the regional office
  • Provide logistics support to expatriates in Asia including work permit application/ renewal and relocation arrangement
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects/ assignments as assigned
Requirements
  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Proactive, flexible and highly self-motivated with position attitude
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong Analytical mindset, proficient in MS Office applications
