Publicis Canada is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead Talent programs and workforce planning across internal client teams.
You will partner with the CTO and HR Director, drive performance management initiatives, and ensure effective employee relations and policy compliance. A degree in HR and 6–8 years of HR experience are required; SAP/Workday knowledge is a plus.

The Human Resources Manager position performs a variety of Human Resources functions, including driving Talent programs across a wide range of client groups. The HR Manager will be responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day Talent functions, ensuring smooth execution of programs and infinitives across internal client teams.
The HR Manager will be a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and solutions to optimize our Talent strategies. This role reports into the CTO with dotted line to HR Director.

Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications.
