Role : Senior HR Advisor (Secret security clearance is mandatory)

Location : Ottawa, ON

Contract : 6-12+ months

Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources professional with strong advisory experience supporting senior executive leadership (EX group). The ideal candidate brings a solid academic foundation and progressive HR experience, with the ability to provide strategic guidance on complex HR matters while contributing to broader organizational initiatives.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized institution, along with a minimum of three years of progressive experience delivering strategic HR advice to senior executive-level management (EX group).
  • Minimum of three years of substantial experience advising senior executives on complex HR issues, demonstrating sound judgment and strategic insight.
  • Ability to support the consulting team and act as a backup to the Project Manager when required, including responding to inquiries from the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Strong knowledge of HR disciplines such as staffing, classification, and organizational design.
  • Proficiency with benchmarking tools, search platforms, and analytical reporting techniques to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Secret security clearance is mandatory to participate in on-site meetings, consultations, and interviews.
