Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will oversee all HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure employee growth and alignment with company goals.
