We are currently accepting applications for the position of HR Generalist to join the team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, Training & Development, the HR Generalist provides operational and administrative support across the full range of Human Resources functions, with a primary focus on the coordination and administration of training, learning, and compliance initiatives.
This role is responsible for managing employee training records, coordinating in-person and virtual training events, monitoring mandatory training compliance, and supporting staff with system and technical issues. The HR Generalist also contributes to other HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and orientation, HR administration, health and safety, and compliance reporting.
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of one day per week in the office, subject to change based on operational or management needs.
Reporting to the HR manager your role will be responsible for:
Perform other HR-related duties and ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
