A leading gold mining company in Red Lake, Ontario, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to deliver high-quality HR services. This role involves managing recruitment processes, maintaining HRIS records, and assisting with payroll administration. Ideal candidates should have a College Degree in Business Administration or extensive HR experience, strong conflict resolution skills, and familiarity with SAP Success Factors. The position works on a 5x2 schedule and fosters a culture of engagement and accountability.
The Great Bear project is a development-stage asset located in the renowned and prolific Red Lake mining district, and represents one of the most exciting recent gold discoveries globally. The project has excellent potential to become a top-tier deposit that could support a large, long-life mine complex. Kinross’ comprehensive exploration and development program will aim to support the vision of a quality, high-grade, open-pit mine and a longer-term, sizeable underground mine.
Deliver high quality human resources services by providing support to all employees. This position will independently manage and administer all Human Resources programs and processes, including benefit administration, recruiting, training, employee relations, while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect its departmental and divisional objectives of the Great Bear Project.
This position is based in Red Lake, ON. In this role, you will work a 5x2 schedule.
