A design firm is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to enhance employee experience across their studios. This role involves HR support in various areas including recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR and a minimum of four years of experience. Strong analytical and Excel skills are required. The position is located in Ontario, California with a hybrid work model.

We are looking for a talented HR Generalist who has a deep passion for creating amazing employee experience for our staff. In this role, you will work closely with other HR colleagues and company leadership to provide HR support to all studios across HMC. This position will have the opportunity to work in several areas of HR including compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, learning and development/training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/talent acquisition, HRIS data maintenance/analytics, compliance, and employment law. Successful candidates must possess strong analytical, data base and influencing skills, as well as a positive team-focused mentality.
This position is located HMC’s corporate office in Ontario, California. The position requires 3 days in the office and the ability to work from home Mondays and Fridays.
The salary range for this position is $65,591 - $98,550
The actual offered salary for this position will vary depending on multiple factors including the candidate’s qualification, education, position knowledge, work experience, skills, ability, work location, and internal incumbent compensation for similar roles. We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case. The salary range listed above does not include other compensation elements such as discretionary bonus opportunities, employee stock ownership grants, paid time off, medical insurance, and other wage and benefit opportunities.
