Det'on Cho Management LP is seeking to hire a Human Resources Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services throughout the organization.
Reporting to the V.P. of People, the HR Director provides operational leadership in recruitment, employee relations, HRIS / payroll administration, performance management, and compliance. This role ensures that HR practices are consistent, legally compliant, and aligned with organizational values while supporting employee engagement and workforce development.
