Are you passionate about driving strategic HR initiatives in a dynamic, global environment? ORBCOMM is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, fostering an engaging workplace culture, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will support a diverse client group comprised of Engineering, Supply Chain, Shared Services and corporate functions such as Finance, HR, and Legal. Partnering with these groups requires a balanced approach: collaborating with Engineering and Supply Chain to address technical talent needs, global workforce planning, and retention of niche skills, while working with Corporate and Shared Services leaders to strengthen leadership pipelines, enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster cross-functional collaboration. You will act as a trusted advisor across all functions, tailoring your HR partnership to meet the unique needs of each business area while driving ORBCOMM’s overall people strategy forward.
As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you’ll provide strategic guidance on employee engagement, workforce planning, and talent development. You’ll collaborate closely with senior and executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, driving impactful programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
