As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits support, compliance with labour laws, and training and development. You will report directly to the Paxiom Group Global HR Director, and dotted line to the site Director of Operations to enhance employee engagement and ensure that all HR activities align with organisational goals.
