A healthcare association in Edmonton is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide comprehensive HR support aligned with operational goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employee relations, demonstrated strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. HSAA is seeking a dynamic and well-rounded Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a broad range of HR functions aligned with our strategic and operational objectives. This is a full-time, permanent position and will work out of the Edmonton office reporting to the Director of Human Resources
This out-of-scope role requires an experienced HR generalist who will act as a trusted consultant to management and staff, helping to foster a positive workplace culture and promote staff engagement and development.

You are a strategic thinker who instills confidence and serves as a trusted business partner. You have a proven track record of moving initiatives forward, delivering tangible results, and adapting to shifting priorities. With sound judgment and experience, you make effective recommendations and support the resolution of sensitive HR matters while maintaining confidentiality. You possess in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and collective agreements, and excel at building strong relationships with union representatives, management, peers, and external stakeholders.
