Responsibilities
  • Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies and manage the recruitment process.
  • New employee orientation and current employee training.
  • Ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Monitor the health and safety of all employees.
  • Implement systematic employee development processes.
  • Provide advice on policies and procedures.
  • Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits management. Talk to employees about issues affecting their performance.
