Title: Personnel Administrator (NOC Code 12101 - Human resources and recruitment officers)

Location: Regina, SK, Head Office

Employment: Full Time (30+ hours per week)

Compensation: $25.00-30.00/hr with benefits, RRSP matching, and professional development

Application Deadline: September 30, 2025

Start Date: Immediate upon hiring

Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, flexibility required; 3-month probation and review

Street Culture Project is hiring a Personnel Administrator (Human resources and recruitment officers – NOC 12101) to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee records, and the full employee life cycle—all while helping us build an inclusive and trauma-informed workplace.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate onboarding and maintain personnel files in HRIS.
  • Process employee life cycle changes and issue supporting documentation.
  • Administer benefits and RRSP enrolments.
  • Support employee relations documentation and disciplinary processes.
  • Facilitate off-boarding and maintain compliance in record-keeping.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of HR, Recruitment or personnel administration experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS (Payworks an asset).
  • Familiarity with Saskatchewan Employment Act.
  • Cultural sensitivity and commitment to SCP’s approaches:
    • Youth-Centered, Trauma-Informed, Harm Reduction, Nurtured Heart
  • Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
Additional Requirements
  • Valid SK Driver’s License with clean abstract
  • Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance
  • Secondary school completion required; post-secondary preferred
