A dynamic logistics company based in Burnaby is seeking an HR Advisor to provide support for around 180 team members in Canada. We are looking for an early career professional in Human Resources (minimum 2 years’ experience) to join our team as an HR Advisor, providing HR advisory and compliance support to approximately 180 team members in Canada and 120 team members in New Zealand. The role will primarily be based out of Burnaby in Vancouver and will report into the HR Manager based in Brisbane, Australia. While this person will be our only HR position in Canada, they will be supported by a very collaborative HR & Payroll team based out of Australia, including having senior payroll support and a HR Administrator to work with. Our Vancouver office is also home to our Recruiter, Safety Advisor, Trainer and Finance Officer for our Canadian Operations, who are all a very collaborative & welcoming support team.
