Job description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support across all areas of HR and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

This is a 20‑month contract position, covering a maternity leave.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Ensure strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee issues
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Provide essential administrative support and logistical coordination to various HR programs, processes and initiatives
  • Prepare HR related documents such as employment letters, contracts, and reports
Must Haves
  • Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years working experience as an HR administrator role or similar
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
