A leading HR services firm in Toronto is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to optimize HR operations. This full-time hybrid role involves supporting processes between Canadian and US systems, ensuring data integrity, and assisting with HR administration. An ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in HR, strong data management skills, and experience with HRIS platforms like BambooHR. This contract position is expected to last until March 2025 with potential for permanence.

This is a contract, full-time hours position, offering stability and consistency in your work schedule. This initial contract is expected to run until the end of March 2025, with a clear possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and business needs. This position is a hybrid working model, with the exception of going into the office once a week in Downtown Toronto.
