Performance Management: Have you played a key role in the performance management process?

Employee Engagement: Have you run programmes / initiatives to ensure employees stay engaged and motivated, and ultimately stay with the organisation?

Corporate Social Responsibility: Do you believe in giving back to the community (environment, people and commercial)?
