CanAtom, a joint venture between AtkinsRéalis and Aecon, is delivering the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station Refurbishment Project under a collaborative contract with Ontario Power Generation. The joint venture is underway to complete the retube, feeder, and boiler replacement (RFBR) of Units 5–8. Building on the successful delivery of the Darlington Refurbishment Project, the CanAtom team brings proven experience in safely executing complex nuclear projects on time and on budget to support Ontario’s clean energy future.
The Human Performance (Hu) Lead will report to the Performance Assurance Manager. This position will be responsible for implementation of Aecon’s Human Performance Program, including facilitating Hu Training, Leading Learning Teams, and developing Crew Learning Briefs.

The expected pay range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000. Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
