Job summary

UPS in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a warehouse associate to load, unload, ship, receive, scan, sort and stock packages in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Job Summary This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. He/She may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
• Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.
• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
• Scan packages with attention to scanner codes to determine status of package.
• Sort packages per postal code.
• Determine status of package and move to proper areas.

Start time and end times varies daily depending on volume Sunday 11am start (3-5 hours) Mon-Thursday 2pm start (3-5 hours)
