Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the district safety training matrix.
• Support project teams with accurate monthly safety reporting.
• Analyze indicators to identify trends and prepare reports.
• Organize incident reports and employee training records.
• Participate in HSE meetings and document action items.
• Contribute to the development of project-specific HSE plans.
• Facilitate HSE onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Keep office emergency response plans current and compliant.
