A leading construction company is seeking an HS&E Training Specialist to enhance health, safety, and environmental training across their organization. This role requires at least 6 years of experience in developing training programs, strong communication skills, and an understanding of HS&E regulations. You will work with leadership to deliver tailored training solutions and maintain compliance standards. Opportunities for travel to facilitate training are included in this position.
The HS&E Training Specialist plays a key role in advancing Ledcor’s commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence. Using your specialist knowledge, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive training programs that ensure compliance with HS&E requirements across the organization.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership across our Operating Groups to identify training needs, strengthen the HS&E Management System, and deliver consistent, tailored training solutions that enhance performance, reduce risk, and foster a culture of safety and compliance.
