Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) seeks an HS&E Advisor to support telecommunication projects in Central Canada, especially Ottawa. You will develop Job Hazard Analyses and Safe Work Practices, and support operations to meet Ledcor Leading Indicator requirements, collaborating with on-site teams to drive continuous HS&E improvement.
The role requires 3+ years in construction or telecom safety, a valid driver’s license, and an OH&S certificate. CRSP/CSO/NCSO is an asset.
You are an HS&E Advisor, looking for a future opportunity in Central Canada. You will play a key role in the execution and implementation of a diverse range of health and safety programs for Telecommunication projects. You will develop and enhance Job Hazard Analysis and Safe Work Practice documents based on existing materials as well as support operations personnel to meet Ledcor “Leading Indicator” requirements. You are a problem solver, a strong communicator, and continuously look for innovative solutions that can be utilized to support projects. You are skilled at leveraging relationships with operational teams to drive continuous HS&E improvement.
$71,200.00 - $97,900.00
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
