An HVAC-R leader in Canada is seeking a passionate HRIS Analyst to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. The candidate will configure HR modules, ensure data quality, and support training initiatives. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in HR or IT, 2–5 years of HRIS experience, and bilingual proficiency in French and English. This role offers an annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 along with comprehensive benefits and a flexible work policy.
We are implementing SAP SuccessFactors and are looking for a passionate HRIS Analyst to support configuration, integration, and optimization of our new HR platform. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure a seamless employee experience that complies with Canadian standards. Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types Include: annual bonus
The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
