The HR Transformation, Change and Implementation Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and executing change planning and implementation activities for a multi-year HR transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in HR Transformation, organizational design and change, change strategy, enterprise implementation, behavioral change, process adoption and delivery management. The successful candidate will work closely with various HR Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new structure and process initiatives.
This role partners with senior HR leaders to design and execute internal employee-facing change strategies that align with organizational goals and priorities. As a key member of our internal consulting services practice, the senior manager will drive alignment across functions, ensures governance and measures the impact of initiatives through robust success metrics. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, this role shapes strategies that optimize workforce effectiveness and supports a culture of adaptability and engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the change and implementation strategy for large-scale HR transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, objectives, and target operating model with a particular focus on enterprise implementation and delivery management to an employee audience
Develop and execute comprehensive change and adoption strategies to drive HR transformation to employees and reinforce adoption and sustainability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, program leads, HR business partners, and HR operations to ensure successful implementation and execution of change and implementation plans
Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes, especially in enterprise implementation projects
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and delivery strategies, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership
Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and delivery of the change and implementation strategy, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the organization
Strategic Change Management
Partner with HR and business senior leaders to drive buy-in, alignment and sponsorship on initiatives, identifying sources of resistance and fostering a culture of adaptability and clarity
Define, measure and monitor change adoption metrics, assess risks, and recommend interventions to address resistance or gaps
Establish success measures and leverage data-driven insights to refine change management practices and demonstrate ROI to senior stakeholders
Drive accountability and alignment among across functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution
Create materials and facilitate discussions for an executive audience, to align leadership on strategies, decisions and delivery approach
Advise program sponsors on organizational dynamics and develop options for key decisions to support implementation success
Develop and drive stakeholder mapping and engagement to identify supporter communities to drive innovator and early adopter change momentum
Project Management
Lead the project management of implementation workstream activities, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, scope management to balance priorities and risks
Responsible for the creation and execution of the implementation project plan including readiness interventions, communications, and other tactics
Define best practices and governance model to track workstream progress, resolve risks, ensure accountability, and align project outcomes with business strategies
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on workstream status, risks, results, delivering insights that drive decision-making
Lead efforts to refine project management standards, tools, and methodologies to enhance project team effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Industrial and organizational relations or related field
8 years of experience in HR transformation, consulting, Organizational change, Project Management, with a focus of designing and delivering employee-facing go-to-market solutions, transformation or implementation
HR transformation experience involving organizational design, process implementation and culture change is preferred
Strong leadership alignment and facilitation experience, in a complex environment with diverse viewpoints
Proven track record of leading implementation efforts for large-scale organizational initiatives
Strong project management experience with expertise in managing complex and cross-functional projects
Experience at a professional services consulting firm is preferred
Certification in Change Management preferred
Certification in project management is an asset

Global collaboration and communication experience particularly within a matrixed organization
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, managing and working with all levels and influencing senior stakeholders across an organization
Ability to synthesize complex information, collect and interpret data, identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
Ability to problem solve and manage conflict
Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes
Strong analytical skills to evaluate metrics and drive data-informed decisions
Proven ability to develop and lead diverse teams, manage project-based performance conversations to achieve high-impact result
