HR Technology Systems Support Coordinator (1 year contract)

About You
We’re seeking a HR Technology Systems Support Coordinator with interest in HR systems integration, process automation and AI Development to join our HR Technology team.
In this role, you’ll help support, maintain, and enhance a suite of enterprise applications including Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, CompLogix, and other people‑focused systems. You’ll also gain hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled tools, automation, integrations, and analytics that improve how our teams deliver services across the organization.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Have an Impact
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support and troubleshooting for HR systems, including Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, and CompLogix;
- In collaboration with the Senior HR Technology Specialist, configure, maintain, and optimize HR technology platforms to ensure system reliability and efficiency;
- Assist with system integrations, data interfaces, and automation projects to improve process flow between HR and other business systems;
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (HR, IT, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition) to understand system needs, resolve issues, and implement enhancements;
- Support reporting and analytics efforts, creating dashboards and insights using tools like Workday, Domo, or Excel;
- Contribute to testing, documentation, and deployment of new features, updates, and integrations;
- Develop and maintain AI Agents and chatbots to provide automated tier‑1 support and improve the employee and manager experience;
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance across systems through audits and monitoring;
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and AI applications that enhance system performance and user experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field (other degrees with strong tech interest welcome);
- 0–2 years of experience in systems support, systems analysis, or HR tech‑related roles (internships count!);
- Interest in enterprise systems and SaaS platforms; experience with Workday, ADP, or similar tools is an asset;
- Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or Workday Report Writer);
- Experience building chatbots, AI applications, or automation tools through school projects, hackathons, or personal projects (using any platform – ChatGPT, Claude, Dialogflow, etc.);
- Enthusiasm for AI, automation, and process improvement in enterprise environments;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, or data flows is a plus;
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
