HR Supervisor (1 year contract)

Critical role as the first touchpoint for employees on all aspects of HR to support their global company. This role is varied in supporting employee relations, being the go-to on questions, performance management in coaching managers as well as supporting HR projects, payroll, HR admin and more liaising with global counterparts! What – The Role:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented HR Supervisor to support our day-to-day HR operations. This role focuses on being the point person for all aspects of HR for our global company. This includes employee relations, performance management, onboarding and full cycle HR as well as hr projects and admin. HR administration includes payroll processing, documentation, and benefits administration, helping ensure our people processes run smoothly and efficiently. HR projects including supporting the roll out and development of leadership training, new program change management and managing the SharePoint site.

You’ll work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate data, streamline communications, and enhance the overall employee experience.
