Overview

Role: HR Specialist

Location: Montreal, Quebec

Hybrid: 4 days in office (Monday – Thursday)

Compensation range: $60-80k base salary plus bonus

Our client is a growing investment firm with over 1800 employees globally and is known for their incredible dynamic culture. Working as part of a global team you would be responsible for partnering the North American HR team to support a population of around 500 employees across the US and Canada.

Reporting into the US HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage on and offboarding for the North American region.
  • Facilitate orientations for new joiners.
  • Managing and updating employee records in the HRIS.
  • Supporting HR reporting and analysis.
  • Manage the HR inbox for the North American region.
  • Manage HR documents, compliance and audits.
  • Be the point person for queries.

Key requirements:

  • 1-4 years’ experience in HR.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be fluent in French.
