The role

We are looking for an HR & Office Administrator to join our energizing and collaborative team. This dynamic position supports both HR and office operations. The candidate will provide administrative support to HR, the Executive, and staff. The primary role will be facilitating HR activities, with secondary tasks as outlined below. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys contributing to a supportive work environment.

What you will do
HR Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team for day-to-day operations.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding efforts.
  • Help coordinate employee training sessions and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with internal communications.
  • Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate contacts when needed.
  • Support HR team members with special projects and initiatives as required.
Office Administration
  • Coordinate office logistics, including travel arrangements (flights, hotels, and conferences) and company events.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Support purchasing, vendor communication, and office services.
  • Assist with office furnishing and equipment.
  • Support general office projects as needed.
You will be a great fit if you have
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (or equivalent education).
  • The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, professional and approachable.
  • A positive, outgoing, and proactive attitude, and enjoy supporting a team.
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently or collaboratively.
