Bloom is a full-service workplace design consultancy representing Huha on their search for an Executive Assistant to join their team. As Talent Advisors, we will be the liaison between our Huha and yourself during this recruitment process. We do not use fancy tech to search through resumes at Bloom; every resume is reviewed by a human to ensure that we attain a consistent and equitable interview process. Reporting to the COO and closely collaborating with the Founder & CEO, we are looking for an HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our culture and people strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving HR initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, performance, and compliance, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As part of a nimble team, you will also contribute to our operations and HQ management.
This role requires someone equally comfortable with hands-on execution (recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, HQ management), strategic initiatives (culture building, performance management, compliance).
