Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support both current and future business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and associates, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Lead and conduct internal employee investigations, ensuring fair and compliant resolution of workplace issues.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices, including audits and process reviews.
- Manage staffing, succession planning, and employee development programs, including coaching and training managers on hiring, performance reviews, terminations, promotions, and workplace safety.
- Administer compensation and benefits systems, HRMS updates, performance management processes, and annual engagement or evaluation cycles.
- Foster strong relationships with site and regional leadership, HR teams, and cross-functional departments to promote collaboration and best practices.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- Extensive experience in human resources management, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, employee relations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee issues, conflict resolution, and internal investigations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coaching skills.
