Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with disability and leave management.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and legislation.
• CPHR designation or HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory support to People Services Managers.
• Lead leave of absence and disability management programs.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes.
