Job summary

Qualifications

• Preparing to enter final year of study in HR or related field.
• Experience in an office or administrative setting (co-op, part-time, or volunteer welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional and confidential interaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support wellness and benefits administration and enrollment questions.
• Plan and deliver employee engagement activities for Brampton team.
• Assist full-cycle recruiting: postings, screening, interviews, updates.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding from day one.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support and HR metrics reporting.
• Assist with internal communications on benefits and HR programs.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
